You will undertake direct staff management, maintain contractual compliance, and contribute to risk management.About YouYou will hold a tertiary qualification in psychology, social work, counselling or a related field, and a minimum 3 years’ experience counselling clients, including couples and families in an office setting.You will have a minimum 2 years’ experience in the provision of clinical supervision.And, you will either be ready to take the next step in your career into management, or you may already have experience in a management role and want to increase your development in this area.RequirementsA satisfactory Northern Territory working with children checkA satisfactory national criminal history checkA commitment to our Safeguarding Children Practice and Behaviour GuidelinesApplications will be processed as received and only successful candidates will be contacted.
