About the Position:
The primary function of the Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP) role is to support separating families to resolve disputes. You will support parents after separation by creating a safe space for constructive, collaborative, and child-focused conversation that is performed in a culturally responsive manner. You will get to work alongside a dedicated team of professionals and be part of a leading community organisation.
